XRD-DAC CELL
Diamond anvil cell for XRD experiment:
S15 is a high-pressure cavity with ultra short working distance, which can meet the radial light input requirements of XRD experiments. It can cooperate with low temperature / gas film pressure device to carry out optical, X-ray, electrical and synchrotron radiation experiments.

Technical description of S15 cell:

1. The material is v350 high strength steel with hardness of hrc56 after heat treatment ± 1;;

2. The processing specification is based on the metric specification, equipped with imported metric screw accessories;

3. Machining accuracy requirements: parallelism is better than ± 005, no tolerance indicated ± 0.02, coaxiality 0.003, perpendicularity 0.002, finish - base surface 0.4; WC seat, 0.005 parallelism, no tolerance ± 0.02, hardness hrc90;

4. Appearance Matt antirust treatment, independent vacuum packaging;

5. With Boehler WC block and anvil, the minimum working distance is 7mm;

6. The maximum opening angle can be designed as 120 °; 7. The internal space is enough to place a heating ring with a diameter of 20 mm for experiments at no more than 400 ℃;

Equipped with gasket holder, it is more convenient to pad.

Pressurization mechanism: bolt disc spring pressurization

Top angle: 120 degrees; Bottom opening angle: 100 degrees

DAC outer diameter: 48mm
