HDAC-II DAC

This kind of cell is fabricated from high strength IN718 superalloy in a DAC cavity for hydrothermal experiments. It is widely used in high temperature and high pressure hydrothermal research, and can be used for optical, X-ray and synchrotron radiation experiments.

Technical description of hdac-ii cell:

1. The material is imported IN718, and the hardness is HRC50 after heat treatment ± 1；

2. Two column guide rail support structure;

3. High strength insulation ceramic cushion block;

4. Side bottom blowing atmosphere protection;

5、2 × 2. Heating, 2 × 2. Temperature measurement lead;

6. The processing specification is based on the metric specification, equipped with imported metric screw accessories;

7. Machining accuracy requirements: parallelism is better than ± 005, no tolerance indicated ± 02, coaxiality 0.003, perpendicularity 0.002, finish base surface 0.4, end face 0.8.
